We process and dispatch in-stock orders within 24 business hours from our central warehouse. Standard ground delivery takes 3 to 5 business days via FedEx or UPS, while expedited priority arrives in 1 to 2 business days. Tracking details are emailed immediately once your package is scanned into the carrier network.
If you are not satisfied with your accessory or device, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging with all included cords and documentation. Start a return by contacting our team with your order number to receive a prepaid return shipping slip.
All electronic accessories, power banks, chargers, and fitness wearables sold on Evrya carry a full 1-year manufacturer warranty against hardware defects and manufacturing faults. If a product fails under normal daily use, we will inspect, repair, or replace it at zero cost to you.
